Affiliations
In 2013, Filling Homes (FMHM) in Napoleon, Ohio, and Luther Home of Mercy (LHM) in Williston, Ohio, joined together to form Lutheran Ministries of Mercy. In 2015, Lutheran Social Services of Northwestern Ohio became the third affiliate of LMM.
The structure of LMM combines governance and executive leadership for the three legacy organizations, all of which will continue – preserving respective identities together with existing licenses, certifications, contracts, etc.
Filling Memorial Home of Mercy
Filling Homes is a faith-based not-for-profit organization that provides services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Henry, Fulton, Williams, and Defiance counties. There are 42 Lutheran Church congregations in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan which comprise the corporate membership of the Filling Memorial Home of Mercy Corporation.
Luther Home of Mercy is a Christian ministry for adults with developmental disabilities. LHM provides quality residential care and comprehensive treatment services aimed at serving all resident needs while nurturing the development of individual abilities.
