Reentry Transition Services

Lutheran Social Services of Northwestern Ohio seeks to serve all people, including those who are returning to their community after a time of incarceration.

The Lutheran Social Services Case manager can help returning citizens with housing, employment, transportation and other services and support needs. Other needs may include help with child support, social security, mental health and addiction treatment, parenting, driver’s license, and working with the courts.

This service helps people who are involved with the court system to lower their chances that they will return to jail.
