Lutheran Social Services of Northwestern Ohio Names New Vice President

Lutheran Social Services of Northwestern Ohio has promoted Tracia “Traci” Jaksetic to Vice President

Traci recently served as Director of Business Operations of Lutheran Social Services of Northwestern Ohio. In her new role, Traci is responsible for overall agency operations. 

Traci has worked in the not for profit sector since 1991. Traci has been with Lutheran Social Services for over 14 years. She began while in College as an intern, and then worked full time in the Finance Department until taking a break from work to be a stay at home mom. Traci returned to Lutheran Social Services in 2011, and in 2014 was hired back full-time in the Finance Director position. She was appointed Director of Business Operations in 2017. 

Traci graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration Degree- Accounting. 

“In all she does, Traci is a conscientious, realistic, and mission-driven leader who has worked tirelessly to benefit those in our community seeking the help and services of LSS.  She is an advocate not only for those we serve, but for staff and volunteers…encouraging teamwork…open communication…and the values that guide our agency. Lutheran Social Services of Northwestern Ohio (LSSNWO) is a faith based social service agency that has been changing lives in the Northwestern Ohio and Southeastern Michigan area for more than 100 years. Assisting communities within a 24 county area, LSSNWO touches the lives of thousands of people each year through a variety of services including Mental Health, Financial Coaching and operating two food pantries while also providing hope, compassion and stability to those in need.
